Project Overview

Designed and implemented a Construction Monitoring Information System (CMIS) to support physical and financial progress tracking for large-scale civil works under a World Bank–funded infrastructure project. The system enabled engineers, PMU staff, and supervision consultants to monitor site activities, contractor performance, and cumulative progress through structured dashboards and standardized reports.

This MIS solution was developed for a donor-funded development project, ensuring compliance with World Bank and international standards, enabling real-time monitoring, structured workflows, and audit-ready reporting for Project Management Units (PMUs).
